Catherine and Steven came all the way to Arizona from the east coast to make their wedding dreams come true. After having a courthouse wedding a few months back, they wanted to have a ceremony that they would never forget. I brought them to one of my favorite spots, Bell Rock. Bell Rock was a perfect elopement location for Catherine and Steven since Catherine was pregnant and we found beautiful secluded spots to make it as intimate as possible.
On the morning of their elopement, we noticed that rain was going in and out of the forecast. Monsoon season in Sedona is so unpredictable, but I had a feeling we were gonna get lucky. Sure enough, we showed up to Bell Rock and there was no rain!! What a relief!! It was definitely very, very gloomy, but hey we didn’t care!
One of my favorite parts about Catherine and Steven’s elopement was how much fun we had with each other. They told me all about the travels they have done together during their time in the Navy, and all of the travels they want to do with their baby boy being born soon. I left feeling like we had been friends for years, and there really isn’t a better feeling than that.
Catherine got her beautiful white lace dress from Amazon (seriously what a steal!!) and her flower crown off of Etsy!! I am so glad I was able to photograph such a sweet session and make all of Catherine and Steven’s wedding dreams come true.
I am so happy for Catherine and Steven and their growing family, and I already am dying to take their family pictures once their baby boy is born!! You guys are the best ever!!!
